By accessing and using the services of FRM Fremont Masonry, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
FRM Fremont Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and related masonry construction and repair services. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change based on project scope, material availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your estimate.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our services. Specific warranty terms vary by project type and will be detailed in your written contract. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be passed through to you where applicable.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for moving or protecting any personal property that may be affected by the work. You must inform us of any known hazards or special conditions on your property before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals or permissions from third parties.
Cancellations and Delays
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if we have turned down other work to schedule your project.
We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, permit issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.
Limitation of Liability
FRM Fremont Masonry carries appropriate insurance to protect both our workers and your property. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, buried objects, or other conditions that were not disclosed or discoverable during our initial inspection.
